About Us

We are a family based real estate and auctioneering business in Tecumseh, Nebraska.  The community of Tecumseh is located about 50 miles southeast of Lincoln, NE or about 60 miles south of Omaha, NE.  We have been in business for over 19 years and serve the counties of Johnson, Pawnee, Nemaha & Richardson in the Southeast corner of Nebraska.  We are also licensed in the states of Kansas & Iowa.

Our specialties are farm sales and farm equipment auctions.  Our broker and auctioneer, Randy Speckmann, grew up on a farm and has been farming his entire life.  This life experience gives him the ability to understand the viewpoints of both farm buyers and sellers.

Our auctioneering business was started by the Speckmann family 18 years ago.  Randy's wife and daughters would often clerk the auctions while Randy auctioneered.  Today, we require at least 10 people to accomplish each auction.  We average about 25 auctions a year.  Our auctions consist mostly of farm machinery, farm land, houses and personal property auctions.  To view our upcoming auctions, please click here.
